  • Hi all,

    Excel Rendering Extension: Number of rows exceeds the maximum possible rows per sheet in this format; Rows Requested: 88952, Max Rows: 65536

    Can any on tell me how to resolve , the above error while export data into excel sheet.

    i think i have create outer group on this issue

    =Int((RowNumber(Nothing)-1)/65000)

    or  i have create  paging on this issue,

    kindly help me....

               Yes you will have to create an outer grouping based on =Int((RowNumber(Nothing)-1)/65000).

           Its just that you need to create a normal group as in the link http://www.simple-talk.com/sql/reporting-services/beginning-sql-server-2005-reporting-services-part-2/. Then in the group expression =Int((RowNumber(Nothing)-1)/65000) and page break set at the end of each group.
