Installations for Data Quality Services 2012 keeps failing

    Question

  • Im trying to install Data Quality Services on a test box and it keeps failing and rolling back. The log doesnt help much, dont really know where to go from here:

  • Hi Jumbo,

    It is known issue. It can be resolved by installing SQL Server 2012 SP1 (~1Gb) and then run

    DQLInstaller.exe –upgrade

    There is no other way how it can be fixed
