SCE 2010 Installation Issue

    Question

  • I want to install SCE 2010 with remote SQL Server as database and reporting server for SCE. During an installation I have to enter management account credentials in Provide management account credentials section, so I need to know what level of permissions and rights this account must have in domain and also on remote SQL Server. (If it is in Domain Admins group errors occured because of issues with sql permissions - then SCE installation fails) .

Managing computers using System Center Essentials 2010 can be a much simpler task if one account has administrative credentials on the Essentials management server and on all the managed computers.
