How to email the Primary Owner when an Incident is updated?

  • I curently have a workflow that notifies the Primary Owner when an Incident is entered. I now need to be able to email the Primary Owner when an Incident is updated - specifically if an entry has been made in the Activity Log. I have set up the teplate, but I can't find a way to trigger this in the workflow config. Am I missing something? Or do I have to resort to another method to set this up?
