Icon of SLA status - SCSM 2012

  • Good Morning !

    I use actually System Center Service Manager 2012, and I want to have the status icons of SLA compliance at the display of incidents like this screenshot (circled in red) :

    I tried to add all types of display fields but for now, I have not found any solution to my problem.

    For information: All my SLA work, schedules are created, the metric also, ... All configurations of my SLA are operational. I just need the display of these icons in the view of incident management.

    Can someone help me and give me a procedure or a possible solution to display the icon status of Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the sight of incident management?
