Transferring Domain

Hello,
I need help please. I've rebuilt our website http://blastawaycleaning.sharepoint.com/Pages/default.aspx but need the domain name blast-away.co.uk transferring over. It is currently linked to OLSB. It is hosted with LCN. I have tried the 'Add a TXT Record' method in the DNS settings on LCN but it's too confusing and not sure if I've done it right. When I go back to verify in the admin portal it says;
Verification DNS record not foundWe couldn't verify blast-away.co.uk. Make sure that the verification DNS record that you created at your domain registrar is correct, and that you've waited at least 72 hours after you added the record.I've waited longer but clearly I'm not doing something right.
Can you help please.
