Can somebody please let me know the following:
a. Is there any seperate installable for 'Forefront Server Security' or the 'Forefront Client Security' is used to protect Server Operating Systems (Windows 2000 and 2003)?
b. Is it compulsory to have the Forefront management software installed or only 'Forefront Client Security' can be installed to protect servers?

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is "yes". There are separate installs for Forefront Security for Exchange Server and Forefront Client Security. It is best practice to install Forefront Security for Exchange Server on all of your Exchange servers, and Forefront Client Security on all your client desktops.
