ล็อกแล้ว Emails from a certain sender vanishes

    We have a configuration with Forefront Security for SharePoint SP1 and WSS 3.0 SP1 where emails from one explicit sender to a sharepoint document archive just vanishes out of thin air. I can send documents from other addresses and they are processed and received in the Sharepoint document archive.

    I am not that into Forefront but from what I can see logging is enabled but still I cannot see anything in the Forefront admin console nor in the event viewer logs. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of this?

    I guess I ought to upgrade Forefront for Sharepointof to SP2, are there any fixes or improvements in there for this kind of issue?

    - Within Forefront, You should see if the issue was filtered by Forefront by viewing the Report - Incidents panel
    - There isn't a fix that's included with Service Pack 2 so installing SP2 will not resolve your issue

    Thanks for the info. There are no events logged at all in Report  > Incidents, nor in Quarantine. This is very peculiar! What is the recommended account to run "Forefront Server SharePoint Controller Service"? Now it's setup to use a domain administrator account.

    - By default, The "FSSPController" service runs as the Local System account
