Configure NLB between two TMG server with Single NIC card

Hello Team,
Could you please guide on how to configure NLB between two TMG server. They hold only single Network card which is connected in DMZ zone. The role of TMG server is publishing Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010
Is it possible to have single nic in two servers for configuring NLB array in tmg 2010
