    I planned to learn ILM . i came to know that , C#.net knowledge is must to work in ILM Server.Right now  i'm working as AD L2 support.

    Could any one please advise where i need to start to learn c# to manage ILM server. (Also i'm new to devolpment language.)

    As another option, VB.Net is also a popular programming language for authoring ILM extension code. Some people have found it easier to learn if you don't have prior programming experience. OTOH.. C# is more popular with those who do.
