FIM 2010 –Scheduling the run profile (Daily,Weekly sync)

We are migrating from MIIS 2003 Sp2 to FIM 2010 .We have automated run profile execution (daily ,weekly sync)using scheduled task and MASequencer in current MIIS 2003 environment. Does MASequencer work with FIM 2010 ? If no, can anyone please suggest us how we can automate the run profile in FIM 2010?

MA sequence is out of support.
I belief, it doesn't work under 64bit.You can find what you are looking for in How to Automate FIM 2010 Sync Engine Run Profile Execution.
