Not get correct report from microsoft assessment and planning toolkit

Hi
Microsoft requires us to report all used licenses to calculate the so called ‘true up’ to remain license compliant. This I have used Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit to analyst all licenses using. But the toolkit it analysis via collection from the old history deployment license combine with the current using then it made me a wrong report with huge of licenses using.
From the above mentioned any expert person please kindly advice that how can i get the exactly report from Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit analysis.
