Lync Attendant, Response Group sees all hold or parked calls

Three agents in a response group in "Attendant" routing mode, running Lync Attendant.
As calls are answered and placed on hold or parked ...
Can other agents see those hold or parked calls?
Example: Agent 1 has two calls on hold.
Agent 2 wants to pick up one of the hold calls.
Current testing shows only the agent who placed the call on hold can see it.

Response Group Agent Live is a Windows application that provides sign-in and sign-out functionality and some real-time information (such as group membership and current number of calls) to Response Group agents. For more info, see this article. Hope it is useful.

4 มิถุนายน 2555 21:33Good idea but "RGAgentLive has stopped working" on startup is as far as I got. Based upon the documentation it is view only and does not allow an agent to pick up another agent's call on hold or parked. Thank you for the tip.

One user being able to pickup another users' on hold calls is only possible using the brand new feature called "Boss/Admin" on snom's "Apollo" Beta firmware:
