After purchasing Corporate volume Licensing (copies of MS visio 2010 professional), I logged in to MS Licensing, downloaded a copy of Visio and tried to install it.
I was prompted to enter my 25 character product key, when I use any of the keys that are listed withion my MS Corporate licensing account, it tells me it is invalid... I tried EVERY KEY and I get the same response!! ???
Please help - these keys seem useless to me at this point?? (I have never had this problem with MS volume licensing keys before???)

VL edition products don't prompt for product keys (they default to an embedded KMSclient product key).
Perhaps you downloaded from Technet or MSDN (which are typically Retail products, which will prompt for a product key during setup/installation)?
VL product keys will not be accepted on a Retail product, and, Retail product keys will not be accepted on a VL product.
The "product key is not valid" message is expected in a product/key mismatch (Retail vs. VL) situation.
