  The OP was asing for localization release date. I responded that Arabic might take a few months following release date.

  I expect localization is being worked on as Windows 7 has seem good success.  Office 2007 and higher are increasingly popular as well.

  I should mention that the Windows 7 ultimate has 34 language packs including Arabic but that is an expensive option.
