I receive the following when trying to backup my BCM 2010 database. I have a new PC and need to move my data to it. Thoughts? In spite of the message indicating that the backup was successul, the backup file was not created.

Please try to use Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010 Database Tool to transfer the database again and let me know the result.

After downloading, I tried first a backup, it did not complete successfully. No error message other than "Back up of the database did not complete successfully". I tried to backup the sample database as well thinking that maybe only my data was the issue, but the sample did not back up either. I have run all of the repair utilities that I have available in Outlook BCM. This is a single user, local database and I do not have an SQL tools of which I am aware installed.
29 พฤษภาคม 2555 20:20Tony: I thought I would give the export data a try. It took a little while to complete both export and import but it seems to have worked fine including my custom forms. Thanks for your help, but we can close this one out.
