I have had a series of problems with this program.
1, It had been working well and then I noticed that every contact in my list was being added to BCM. I deleted the extra entries and the problem seemed to be cured
2. Then the entire BCM program disappeared. I reinstalled it and was able to restore my contacts
3. The email link-and-track was not restored with the reinstallation. I went through each contact and reset the linking.
4. BCM has disappeared again
5. Approximately every 5th time I boot the computer and start Outlook the program will not start. It always starts if I reboot the computer another time
6. I keep getting an error message that another program is trying to access the data in my Outlook. It will not let me deny the request or close the warning box. I can only continue to work if I allow it access for a few minutes. This recurs several times daily.
7. I ran the Microsoft Fixit tool and it repaired numerous errors but the problems listed above are still present.
I would sure appreciate your help.

Looks this is a complex situation. Please create a new outlook profile follow the article below to test it:
Note: A new profile is a new environment for us to use Outlook. To create a new profile is only for a test to see if the problem is related to the corrupt profile of Outlook. Creating new profile will not do any damage to the old profile.
