cannot preview public website from sharepoint designer 2010

We have a public facing web site being created by one of our developers. When he started I set him up with SharePoint Designer 2010 and he was able to create the site and preview it. Now he cannot preview the site, he gets an error:
An unexpected error has occurred.
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
Correlation ID: 85b63266-13c0-4c15-bfcd-5ad38a2c6a33
Date and Time: 6/13/2012 12:53:18 PM
I had created a public website and connected it to the designer then turned it over to him, he has been adding a new web page (not connected directly to the others that I had created). I believe he was using the master pages to create it. We use hosted SharePoint 2010, and I cannot find anything about this problem anywhere. Hopefully you guys can help. Let me know if you need more info.

Hi Mike,
Download ULS Viewer (http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/ULSViewer) and track the Correlation ID (85b63266-13c0-4c15-bfcd-5ad38a2c6a33) and then see how it goes. I look forward to getting your result after viewing Log.

Return to the MSDN Archive Home Page.And should I download this to my computer, his computer or where. We are using hosted SharePoint so we don't have a server to download it to.

I apologize for a mistake on the URL. Corrected: http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/ULSViewer
Download and then run it in SharePoint server. You should download detailed documentation and learn about how to use ULSViewer.

9 กรกฎาคม 2555 13:05Well, I had Microsoft connect with my web designer who then dropped the ball. The case Microsoft was closed and I guess my web designer either gave up of figured it out. He doesn't respond to my emails.
