  Always make everything work with NTLM before you start the Kerberos implementation. So in this case make sure that your NLB is up and running before going down the Kerby path.

  As Wictor has suggested, make everything work without kerberos and then start with kerberos configuration. There is a quide available for kerberos config http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23176
