Highlighting Library Row based on workflow status e.g. "In Progress"

Dear All,
I have a scenario here if some one can help me out:
I have a document library having custom approval workflow attached to it. when I add a document the workflow status column "AddApproval - Workflow" displays status as "In Progress".
I need to highlight the whole row by changing its background color if status of workflow is "In Progress". I did it on other columns containing text. but it is not working on workflow status column. i used sharepoint designer for conditional formating.

Thanks Prasath for your reply. I solved the problem earlier using sharepoint designer conditional formating. your reply also indicating this in second link.

There are third party add-on applications(like this) that highlight SharePoint list rows based on field values.
