    Is there a fix to enable SMPortal Scroll Bars? It is production deployment time and I want to provide a solution to this little problem.

    You mean that bug that causes non-sharepoint-admin users to not get the scroll bars? Not afaik.

    Was pretty shocked reading the response.  Thought it was something fluky with my install.  This is pretty bad and I agree with Dean.  Can't really roll this out into production with the way end-users are.  They would never find that create request button.  Has anything changed on this since this was posted a month ago?

    EDIT: I can confirm that this has worked for me. Great result and simple to implement.
