Win7 SP1 - 0x80070490 "Element not found"

Hi,
I reinstalled my computer a few days ago and having problems with installing Sp1 now. I already tried some steps:
1) I get the Sp1 from MS and installed in manually (not with windows update)
2) I tried the sfc /scannow but nothing was detected
3) I installed Windows6.1-KB947821-v20-x64
I recognized that there could something wrong with IE9... it is already installed but windows update will still install it and it isn´t checked in the list of the windows features.

1. If you are doing more Windows 7 installs, create DVD that contains SP 1 by procedure named slipstreaming.
2. Service pack 1 does not contain Internet Explorer 9 (see Updates in Win7 and WS08R2 SP1.xls). You should update previous version (IE8) and when all updates are installed you can install Internet Explorer 9. If you think that IE9 makes problem, uninstall it, do all necessary update and install IE9 again.
