Yanıt Reports Issue

I have a problem with reports being generated with no data. I have two TMG 2010 version 7.0.9193.500 (SP2). I noticed that on one of the servers the SQL Service (ISARS) and  SQL Server Reporting Services (ISARS) are both disabled. Then I see this alert

Description: The daily summary for day
"02/06/2012" was not created. This may cause the report for this period to be
inaccurate. Verify that no prior reporting configuration alerts exist, and that
the reporting services on the designated Forefront TMG report server are running
and accessible from all the array members. Use the source location
    1001.105.7.0.9193.500 to report the failure.

    The failure is due to
    error: 0x80040e14

I read under reporting properties report server that only one array member can serve as the report server at any one time.

So here's my question. Does the SQL Service (ISARS) need to be running on the server that has it disabled for the reports to work correctly?

Nevermind. I figured it out. The MSFW sql instance did not have TCP/IP enabled. Once I turned it on the data was populated in the reports.
