         Merhabalar,

    Exchange 2010 SP2 üzerindeki kullanıcıları (Versiyon outlook 2007 ve 2010) Local ve Oulook Anyware olarak Gönder-Al aşagıdaki hatayı vermekte. Çözüm ile ilgili Yeni bir adres book oluşturuldu ve Database mount edildi ayrıca, Exchange Shell üzerinden aşağıdaki komutları hatasız tamamlanmasına rağmen halen hata gelmekte.

    Exchange server daki, OAB ayarları, database mount ayarlarını ve iis ayarlarınızı doğru yaptığınız kabul edip,

    https://server.server.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml  adresinin point eden bir DNS autodiscover record unuz bulunuyor mu ?

    Outlook simge modunda bulunurken, sağ click yapı Test E-Mail autoconfiguration yaparmısınız? Buradaki test de durum nedir?

  • Öncelikle cevabınız için çok teşekkür ederim,

    https://server.server.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml adresini localde yazınca username ve pass soruyor.

    Self signed SSL kullanıyor iseniz, soruna ise ssl sertifikası 1 yıllık olarak alındı ve exchange üzerinden yapılandırıldı.

    Test E-Mail autoconfiguration yaparmısınız? Sonucu ise

    "Otomatik yapılandırma başlatıldı, bu işlem bir dakika sürebilir

    Otomatik yapılandırma ayarlanızı belirleyemedi!"

  • DNS de autodiscover kayıdı oluşturdunuz mu ? Aşağıdaki makaleden faydalanabilirsiniz,

    Makalede 4- Autodiscover DNS SRV sorgusu için _autodiscover._tcp.contoso.com kaydını kullanacak ve DNS sunucudan “mail.contoso.com” cevabını alacaktır.

    maddesinde bizim external exchange adresimiz olan "mail.contoso.com" yerine  "owa.contoso.com mu" yazmamız gerekli olucak sanırım, bu şekilde ayarlama yapıldığında sorun oluşur mu?

    Ayrıca iç DNS üzerinde external domain için bir zone oluşturmadık.

    Evet, Sertifika name iniz neyse o olmalıdır , https://server.server.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml  adresine girilince ssl warning çıkmamalı.

    İnternet explorer ile browse etmenize gerek yok. DNS record larınızı oluşturduktan sonra tekrar test edelim. Gene outlook ikonuna CTRL ile sağ tıklayıp, test edersiniz.

    ( Yada bu sistemin çalışıp çalışmadığını görmenin en iyi yolu yada ne işe yaradığını anlamak için, outlook 2007 yada outlook 2010 da, yeni bir account ekranı açıp, auto account install kısmına sadece e-mail adresinizi ve mail parolanızı yazıp, exchange account ayarlarınızın otomatik olarak yapılandırıldığını görmek olacaktır)

    - bu autodiscover kayıtlarını doğru şekilde tanımladıysanız, ve halen hata alıyor iseniz, Exchange server ınızdaki autodiscover settingslerinizi kontrol etmemiz gerekebilir

    Outlook ikon modu nda çalışırken, sağ click yapıp, test e-mail autoconfiguration bölümünde OAB URL  kısmında ne görüyorsunuz? Buradaki adres doğru mudur? Autodiscover kayıtlarını oluşturduk değil mi?

  • DNS deki autodiscover kayıtlarını kendi domain inize göre yaptınız değil mi ?

    Yukarıdaki gibi contoso.com.tr de yazılmadı ?


    2- Aşağıdaki parametrelere uygun şekilde bir DNS SRV kaydı oluşturu:

    Host: mail.contoso.com  ( Buraya mutlaka kendi domain iniz yazmalısınız. SSL name iniz ile aynı isim , owa.domainadresiniz.com gibi)

  • "SRV record _autodiscover._tcp.contoso.com.tr" hatasını istinaden External DNS üzerinde _autodiscover._tcp.owa.contoso.com.tr adresini _autodiscover._tcp.contoso.com.tr olarak değiştirince, https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com sonuçu aşağıdaki gibi tamamlandı ve Outook e-posta sınaması hata vermemesine rağmen halen (45 Dk.) tamamlanamadı . Ayrıca Outlook halen Ofline adres book güncellerken hata dönmekte.

  • Bu işlemlerden sonra, Exchange üzerinden ofline adres book silerek yeniden public ve web b... seklinde yapılandırdıktan sonra tüm exchange servisleri restart ettim ve sonunda outlook hata vermedi, yani adres book güncelle dediğimde hata almadan işlemi tamamladı
