About selecting management agent in synchronization service manager

Hello
I am having both the resources 1.sapHR database in sql,2.(.csv) delimited file and i am confused which resource should i use.
please tell me advantages as well as disadvantages for creating management agent for both resources.

On my point of view and by some experiences, Dynamic database (SQL view) is the best approach.
CSV file is a easy (and quick) way to import some datas.
But you must manage the file (Folder Sharing, Export script,...).You will make sure that the separator is the same in time and it is not using in data. For instance, some users love to put "comma" in text to separate some information like Street or telephoneNumber attribute. If you use "comma" as a separator, you have an error in this case.
With CSV File,Multi-String atributes is a problem.
CSV is a quick approach for a "OneShot" import , not for a Daily or hourly Synchronization.
