I am currently testing SCSM 2012 but have I am having trouble setting up Exchange Connector 3.0 to work with BPOS or Office 365.
I am running SCSM 2012 on Windows 2008 Standard R2 with SQL Server 2008 R2 and have followed the deployment guide for the Exchange 3.0 connector. I get to the part where I have to modify the following registry key:
Service Manager Exchange Connector
value: Exchange URL
I cannot find this key within the registry of my management server, the only thin I find close to that is:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\System Center\2010\Service Manager\Setup
Have have been looking in the forums and wasnt able to see if someone had already made the Exchange Connector work with BPOS or Office 365.
Can anyone point out if I am missing something on the installation of the Exchange connector that I cannot see the registry key to type in the URL, URL Login and URL Password?

Sorry. The registry key mentioned in the deployment guide is:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\System Center Service Manager Exchange Connector"
Value: ExchangeURL

Just to confirmthat you need to create this key if it doesn't exist along with the logging keys mentioned a couple of pages further along if you need additional diagnostics.

Thanks for the info Graham. I have now created the key and set the values but when I check the event logs, I see that the connector is still trying to look for the autodiscover.xml instead of trying to connect to the cloud.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
