Systems Center Data Access Service failed to start

Hi All,
I am having problems with my Systems Center Data Access service on the Service manager Server and Service Manager DW server. The only change I made was I installed CU5 for SCOM which is on a seperate server. I am wondering if that has anything to do with this issue. I have tried running the service under Domain account and Local system account with no luck. When I try and run it under the domain admin account it keeps running but when I open the service manager console it tells me that service the Data access service hasnt started.
I have tried searching on the internet but with no concrete help.

The System Centre Data Access service should always run as the account that you used when you installed your SCSM. This account should also be a local admin of the Management Server.
I would look in the Operations Manager Event Log to see if you can get more information regarding the exact error.
Can you access your SQL instance?
