We have an incident that requires several steps to complete it and these steps are completed by various people. Originally I built the incident template with manual activities for each step. However when I went to create the subscription
to email the activity implementor to notify them they have been assigned the activity, activity implementor is not an option. The assigned to user will not always be the one handling the various activities so that field will not work. I thought
maybe parallel activities but that doesn't seem to be an option when setting up the template so I assume they do not apply to IR. Any suggestions how to best handle this? We really do not want to use the parent/child route if at all possible.
