  Hi Usama, that depends on your definition of high-availability...

  SCVMM provides high availability in the current version of Hyper-V through clustering services. It is possible to create a cluster between two datacenters at this time, just beware of the latency in the connection between them. At this time it is not possible to create a high available solution without clustering technology.

  There are possibilities to create copies of virtual machines on a regular basis and make them available at a secondary site. When the primary site goes down, you can restore service fast and with little loss of data.
