    Hi

    I have been having a problem with trying to run an executable on Windows 7 on the windows small business server 2008. The executable I am trying to run is the Microsoft Elevated Privilege Application Launcher(EPAL)

    I have deployed this executable many times on the windows 2008 sbs server on an XP computer and it worked fine, but when I follow the same instructions to run in on a Windows 7 Machine it does not work.

    I was wondering if anybody could tell me if this application will work with windows 7.

    Or maybe how to resolve the problem.

    Hi,

    We find that the operating system this executable supported is Windows 2000, so we do not recommend you running it with Windows 7.

    I was wondering though, does it actually work with Windows 7? Its just that I have it working on the SBS 2008 with an XP computer.
