Branch cache in Distributed mode

Hello forum
will branch cache work if you have a lan where there is only one client, on it?
we have a few satelite locations, were the connection is rather slow, so i was wondering if branch cache works with 1 client, will it be able to retrieve cached data from it's own cache? or does the process require more clients for it to work?

Hi,
Thank you for the post.
After configuring Branchcache, clients could download content from the local cache, each other, or the hosted cache server. So Branch cache works if only one client online in your network.
Instead of storing files in each clients, you need to set the properly cache disk space in your policy to prevent overwrite different content more frequently. The default setting is 5 percent of the total disk space on your client.Plan BranchCache distributed mode deployment
