    السؤال

  • I currently run Windows 7. I randomly started getting this screen out of no where and am struggling to get rid of it... Sometime my computer will run flawlessly for days on end before i get it, other times i get in none stop every 5 min. I have tried my system recovery a couple times including a complete system reload. No affect. I have added no new hardware or software to my computer in the past 8 months, however this issue started only 3 months ago. Neither AVG nor  Windows essentials can find any viruses.... Whatelse can I try?

Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link here.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS.

  • It looks like there's something wrong with your memory.

Open the Start menu and click on Run... (or use the search box at the bottom). Type "mdsched" (without quotes) and press enter to run the Memory Diagnostics Tool. Now choose the option "Restart now and check for problems". Your computer will restart to start a memory test. See if it detects any problem with your memory.

  • Thank you for your help!

I did test the memory as you suggested, however it comes up with no memory issues at all. I selected a full scan, not the basic or standard scan... just to make sure it checked everything, and nothing.
