  • Hi,

Based on the IP address 192.168.1.1, I assume that you would like to access your home router or Modem.

If so, firstly, please provide us the model of the device and let us know whether can you access it previously.

    Meanwhile, please try the following:

    1. Temporary disable all your security application and test the issue again.

    2. Boot into Clean Boot Mode and test the issue again.

    3. Try to reset your Internet Explorer and see how it works.

    4. Scan your system for Virus.

    5. Refer to the KB article: You cannot log in to or connect to secured Web sites in Internet Explorer, try the steps and see how it works.

    Hope this helps.

  • I was trying to set up Office 365 on my son's computer and had the same issue.  It turned out to be a content blocking program.  I had to exclued the website in the content blocker and it worked.
