Windows 7 and Office 2003

    Question

  • I can't get my Office 2003 to install into my new computer with Windows 7. I didn't have any problems on my old XP computer. What could be the problem.

  • Office 2003 is compatible with Windows 7.  Could you please describe in more detail the problems you are experiencing, so people can help?

    * Does the Office 2003 install disk autoplay when you insert the disk whilst running Windows 7?
    * Can you launch Setup on the Office 2003 install disk by double-clicking the file from within Explorer or Computer?
    * If you run Setup from the Office 2003 install disk what happens?  Do you get error messages?  What do those messages report?

"Can't get my Office 2003 to install..." is a very vague statement.  More detail will be of help.
