    How did you change the system language? Did you install the language pack? Refer to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972813

    Since you're running Windows 7 Ultimate, you can install the language pack and choose to display the English.

    What do you mean "When I open Windows Update Everything Comes Out in The Spanish"? Where did you open?

    Open Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update, is it displayed as Spanish?

    Which version of your system, did you install the language package?

    Did this issue happen before? If not, I suggest you fully scan your computer.

  • The System Was Previously in Spanish I Changed it to English but when i open windows update its displayed in Spanish i have windows 7 ultimate
