  • Try using an online scanner service, like Microsoft Safety Scanner (http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx) or Symantec Security Check (http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/home.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=21&pkj=GBBVJABOKQYWTFVRHRM).

    Bye.

  • I've had this SAME problem for MONTHS and AVASTrenders it IMPOSSIBLE to remove cause it's being used by another program....WINDOWS of course! this WIN32:RLOADER-B escapes cleaning attempts EVERY time and seems to be stored and inaccessible. It's DESTROYING my web browser, I can't remember the last time I was able to go to BING ot to GOOGLE to do research. This DAMn program is successful in using self protection tactics, and because of it? I have NEVER been able to download my 7 WINDOWS UPDATES, as they FAIl every time I try. The SDFF program where I obtained my PC, say they don't have the Dell GX-270 anymore to re-image my PC to take care of this and rewuest i pay them $50 to wipe hard drive, good thing EVERYTHING's backed up on external HD!

I've gone to Microsoft, no help. Gone to DELL, no help. Went to Microsoft store in San Diego yesterday, will help for $250.00, am laid off so that is NOT happening. So, basically, am SCREWED while PC being destroyed in the process for lack of funds.
