    1. Event logs content, namely the errors and warning

    2. Any problems in Device manager

    3. Network driver(s) that you have used. Drivers from Toshiba are preferrable

    4. You have not given any data on laptop model. Double check if it is supported by MS

    Please try to login with Clean boot for test:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    That’s may NIC driver issue, try to update NIC driver and Bluetooth driver. Also update BIOS and Chipset to the latest version for test. You can download it from Toshiba official website.
