  • I get this error message several times a day, and the machine reboots.  This began 5 days ago.  I ran a virus check, looked for windows updates, with no success.

    When I click "look for a solution", no options appear.

    Thoughts?

  • that is a tough one to figure out. Could be a problem with RAM.

    www.memtest.org and get the usb stick or cd version as needed

    Does the reboot occurs even if you're not doing anything as in idle or only during gaming? Suggest you to check the processor temp under cmos setup>health status or hardware monitor depending which bios you're using

  • looks like the machine is OK, probably be best to backup your stuff and run the recovery to factory

    if the machine still crashes after a factory reset, then the machine is likely in need of a hardcore test to see what is wrong with it
