my computer screen is upside down. How do I fix it?

  • I am trying to figure out how this relates to deployment and imaging. you know there are tard sites like yahoo answers that you can ask this stupid question

    Sorry, couldn't resist...


    Right click on the desktop > Personalization > Display Settings > Advanced Settings

    You may have to poke around a little bit depending upon your driver, but look for rotation settings.

  • so my computer did a screen flip every thing was upside down i pushed control alt f3 and arrow key to turn it. it works its fast too.

  • In windows 7, go to: Control Panel ► Appearance and Personalization ► Display ► Screen Resolution


    Click on the drop down box next to "Orientation" and change it from "flipped" back to normal.

  • OMG!!!  Thank you SO MUCH!!!!!!  I was talking on the phone, holding my Kindle Fire and had my laptop in my lap.  The Kindle dropped out of my hands and when I looked up - everything was UPSIDE DOWN on my computer screen.  I panicked!!!  thinking "OMG, what have I done, now?!?"  It took me a few tries to get to this site - but once I did, my problem was solved!!!  Thanks, again.

  • In control panel go to APPEARANCE AND PERSONALIZATION in display click adjust screen resolution, in orientation arrow menu click landscape (to uncheck landscape flipped). This should fix the problem it did for me...GOOD LUCK...

    My cat caused the problem!  She loves to lie full length across the keyboard when I am reading stuff. I guess she wriggled about. No idea what she did. I am hopeless with computers, so glad I Googled and found you.

  • Go to Control Panel >Display >Change Display settings > under the heading change the appearance of your display, > Orientation may be set to Portrait or landscape flipped >click on the drop down and change to either Portrait or Landscape.
