Answers

  • Hi,

Before encrypting C drive, you need to meet the following requirements.

    1. The 100MB system partition must be created.
    2. At least 10 percent of the active partition must remain free after the partition size is reduced by 1.5 gigabytes (GB).

Please manage enough space on C drive, then open a command prompt with administrator privileges and run the following command.

bdehdcfg -target C: shrink –quiet -restart
