Try a Clean Boot to check if there is any third party software conflicts. (dont forget to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting)

  • Hi,

Besides Hetti Arachchige V Aravinda‘s suggestion, you also try these methods:

    Method 1:

Start -> type this in Search Box ->  COMMAND, find at top and right click to RUN AS ADMIN -> Enter sfc /scannow

    Method 2:

Run checkdisk as the following articleL:

Run Check Disk from a Command Line to Check for and fix Disk Errors

    Method 3:

Use Startup Repair to detects the startup problem

I'M HAVING THE SAME EXPERIENCE....HELP!  THIS IS WHAT MY ERROR MESSAGE SAYS:

    Windows Command Processor

Windows Command Processor has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I CLOSE THE MESSAGE AND CONTINUE WORKING WITHOUT ANY APPARENT PROBLEMS.  WHAT SHOULD I DO??
