Netflix and Internet Explorer 8

    Question

  • I cannot log into my Netflix account.  I could 2 weeks ago.  I called Netflix.  The support person tried a few adjustments in IE8, tools, internet options,  but they didn't work.  He said to contact Microsoft.  I am running Windows XP. Can someone help with this?

  • 1 - reset IE to default settings

    2 -uninstall silverlight, flash and java

    3 - reinstall latest versions of silverlight, flash and java

    4 - disable virus scanners

  • Try a different browser, I recommend Chrome it's the fastest most secure browser I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
