First, I apologize for not being a techie, but I'll try to put this in English. Ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 (32 bit) on my Dell Inspiron 1525, I have had trouble with Adobe Photshop. I figured my old version (v.5) wouldn't support Windows7, so I downloaded the trial of Photoshop Elements v8. It downloaded, but will not install. It looks like it installs 98% of the files etc, and then kicks into a file removal cycle. It seems like this may be a driver issue. I stumbled across Driver Wizard sodtware and ran their free scan program. It found many out of date drivers. However, when I went to Dell to upgrade the drivers I only find the Vista versions and in the fine print they admit that this model of laptop is only partially compatible with Windows 7.
Any advice on how to proceed. I've been a long time fan of Dell, but this experience has brought into question whether I will buy another one.
According to the compatibility center, Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 is compatible for Windows 7.
I would like to confirm what warning kind of pop-ups appears before the file removal cycle, and any error message? after the installing failure.
Please make sure you have uninstalled the old version(V .5).
Regarding your concern of the driver issue, although official website has not released driver for Windows 7, you can also run the driver with compatibility mode or update automatically via Windows Update.
One thread, one issue. In order to fix issues in a timely manner and avoid confusion, I suggest focus on the Photoshop installing first.
After upgrading your driver, you can try to run the Photoshop Elements 8 setup file to install. Pls let me know the result.
If the issue persists, you may install Adobe Photoshop with Clean Boot. It can Eliminate the conflict caused by of background programs.

In addition, I recommended you to post your issue in the Adobe Support Center: http://www.adobe.com/support/
PS: Here is an free image editor software: Painter .net, can you install this one without error?
