Toshiba Satelite L675D-S7015

    Question

  • Le instale a mi PC Windows 7 Home premium, Microsoft y desde ese entonces se apago por completo  cuando la ensiendo la pantalla esta negra y en una pequeñafranja asul me pide mi pasword pero no me lo reconose y al tercer intento se apaga, no sabia que mi Toshiba ya traia Windows y ahora no tengo ninguno de los dos.

    I am sorry that it seems that you have requested support for a localized product.  Since we do not familiar with this language, it is very diffcult for us to perform further troubleshooting steps, such as capturing and analyzing the log file.  These forums are geared to answer on the English version of the product.
