update the nVIDIA driver, the driver is from 2006!

    Bug Check 0xFE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

This indicates that an error has occurred in a universal serial bus (USB) driver.

    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000006, USBBUGCODE_BAD_SIGNATURE An Internal data structure (object)
        has been corrupted.

Please download memtest86+ [1], burn a new bootable CD (use a CD-RW if possible) from the ISO (download and use ImgBurn [2][3] to do this or make double click on the ISO in Windows 7), reboot your PC and scan your RAM 4-5hours for errors. If it detects errors, replace the faulty RAM.

If the memtest tells no error, please download CPU-Z [4], look in the memory and SPD tab and verify that the current RAM Speed and the Timings match to the values that you see in the SPD tab. If your RAM run at CR (Command Rate) 1T, change the value into 2T in the BIOS. This should fix the crashes.

The WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000124. This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check has a value of 0x0000003B. This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

The BAD_POOL_HEADER bug check has a value of 0x00000019. This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.

The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x000000D1. This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

    -------------------------

Please do the following : Update your Nvidia Video Card to its latest driver - Update your broadcom nic driver to the latest version.

I would also run hardware checks on the harddisk and memory. Need to make sure the hardware is function properly. It might also pay to run a test on your video card using something like Video Memory stress Tests (under the additional section)
