my new laptop keeps crashing blue screen

  • please help my laptop keeps crashing displaying a blue screen this is what comes up on reboot.

    The laptop is a lenovo g570 with win 7 any info is appreciated.

  • Can you give us more info about the situation.  When does the blue screen happen? What are you doing when it happens?

     

    Also, can you post what C:\Windows\Minidump\101311-31012-01.dmp dump file has?   that will give us more info about the problem

    Bug Check 0xD1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    The issue is mostly caused by incompatible driver, please update all possible device drivers from manufacture's site.

    Also collect dump file as PCMedik mentioned.

  • Hello, I am getting a similar issue.  This is a new laptop and BSOD occurs randomly, I don't seem to notice a specific action or behavior that I am doing that is causing this.
