So I had a virus on my computer and I went into safe mode and installed a copy of AVG 2012. I did a full scan and it deleted something in \windows\ saying that it was a virus. So I googled the problem and people said the solution was to create a AVG Recovery
CD and delete/rename the avg drivers in \system32\drivers and delete/rename the avg folder in \Program Files\AVG\.
I did both using the AVG Recovery CD and I still keep getting the same error. Any ideas? and a clean install isn't an option.
