Hi,
For the issue, I would like to know your network connection type. Wireless or wired?
Meanwhile, I suggest you update the latest network adapter driver to check the result.
If the issue still persists, it may be caused by permissions.
Please expand the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList,and add the permissions to full access.
