Should I have two Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapters?

  • While doing some diagnostic work on my wife's Dell I noticed that it has two MVWMAs:

    She is running Windows7 with a CoreI7.  Could this also be making it difficult for her to connect to remote WIFI?  She can connect fine at home, but cannot connect to other routers when travelling.  Thanks for any info you can give me.
