Can you try using the above driver and install on Vista/Win7? You might also want to try going to Texas Instrument's website to look for the driver...

  • What is the hardware ID for the device.  Go to Device Manager, right click on the device, select Properties, then the Details tab, then Hardware ID in the dropdown box.

  • I have a similar problem and not found a solution yet. For my notebook (Compaq NC6320) there are chipset drivers for XP, but not for Vista/Win7.

These are the hardware id's for my notebook, I hope someone can help:
    PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803D&SUBSYS_30AA103C&REV_00
    PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803D&SUBSYS_30AA103C
    PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803D&CC_078000
    PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803D&CC_0780

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi all,

Just installed the Win7 RC, and have the same issue. I found a driver on HP's website, which did install, but the NIC that i'm using in the slot thinks that the cable is unplugged. If i put my drive back in that has XP on it, it works fine so i'm confident it's the driver.

I wonder if you've made any progress.

Thanks in advance for anyone's assistance!
